P&C Insurance Systems, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides a software-as-a-service platform and related websites, products, and services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain personal information.
We do not sell or share personal information or PII. We do not sell personal information or personally identifiable information ("PII"). We also do not share personal information or PII with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is used under California privacy law.

We may collect limited information needed to provide and support the Services, including:
- account information, such as name, business email address, company name, role, and login credentials;
- customer content submitted, uploaded, stored, or processed through the Services;

- billing and transaction information, which may be processed by our payment provider.

For information submitted to the Services by or on behalf of a customer ("Customer Data"), we generally act as a service provider or processor. We process Customer Data only to provide the Services, as directed by the customer, and as described in our customer agreements. Customers are responsible for determining what Customer Data they submit and for providing any required notices or consents.
Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, understand website usage, and improve the Services. We do not use cookies to sell personal information or to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie preference tools.

Customer Data is retained in accordance with the applicable customer agreement or customer instructions.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under applicable law.
Other Information
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may process and store information in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, using appropriate safeguards when required. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
